As the Chief Operating Officer, Holly Johnson relies on her decades of experience and knowledge to help NaviGuide Wealth Partners run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Holly is the firm’s go-to source for assistance and resources. In maintaining all daily operations, she oversees the operating systems, develops and implements marketing strategies, handles human resource tasks, and more. She also works closely with clients to help them establish, maintain, and follow-up with their accounts. She is passionate about building long-lasting relationships with clients in support of wealth advisors helping them pursue financial freedom. She fosters an environment of growth where clients and team members can prosper.

In her spare time, Holly enjoys staying active, whether she is hiking in the local mountains, biking riding with her family, floating on the river, or at the dog park…she loves the outdoors.
