What is Partner Academy?

Earlier this month, Gali and Holly headed out to Omaha, Nebraska (bbrrhh) to join our partners, Carson Group Partners for an event called Partner Academy. This event brings partner offices together for relationship building and collaboration. The purpose is to update attendees on new enhancements and discuss best practices to improve systems and procedures. During the event, partners receive information on enhanced technology clients can use to view and track their accounts, and communicate with their wealth advisor. This is also a time when partners can join forces and work on solutions for their client’s unique needs.

Building Relationships

Despite the freezing cold weather and patchy snow, both Gali and Holly really enjoyed the trip. Gali was excited to learn about the new opportunities and offerings we can share with our clients. His favorite part of the trip was the pizza dinner (who knew Omaha had good pizza), relationship building with partners such as Scott Conroy and Laura Pierson, and rubbing shoulders with other top advisors.

Enhancing the Client Experience

Holly, NaviGuide Wealth Partner’s, Inc. Director of Operations, found Partner Academy very valuable. She had the opportunity to work directly with individuals on the back-end who make enhancements to our systems for the benefit of our clients and their experience. Holly’s favorite part of the trip was, “connecting with partners from other offices across the country and catching up on a personal level.”

Gali and Holly are grateful to be part of opportunities like Partner Academy – even if it means enduring real winter weather. Now home and back in the office, they are looking forward to implementing and utilizing the tools and knowledge gained to further enhance our client experience.
